Ok im in the final stages of the swap but i cant figure out the throttle cable thing. Should I be using a GSR cable or should I somehow be able to use my civic one?

If this is for the stock gsr tb and manifold. You can use the civic cable, but you'll have to add about a 1/2 inch of washers on the two bolts that holds the bracket.
If you have a skunk2 manifold. You can use the 99 si cable and bracket.
