Type R cams are probably the best for what you want. If possible, use the CTR intake cam. Slightly better than ITR, but just slightly. Exhaust cam is the same.

JUN and Toda also make good cams that come in different stages if you want serious power.

I would say best bang for the buck would be the CTR intake cam and ITR exhaust cam. If you can afford a little more, go with some toda cams. You'll definitely want a valve train upgrade with the Toda's though.

Good luck,
James

I would say to upgrade to at least TypeR springs if you are going with R cams. Portflow also makes some good inner springs and Ti retainers. Price is pretty reasonable actually. The ITR outer springs are good for almost anything. At least for Toda Spec B cams. For instance I will be running Toda Spec B cams, Portfow inner springs and Ti retainers in my ITR motor when I get them. (If my damn stock would ever go up!) Oh and cam gears as well. Must for tunin purposes
As always take th time to dyno tune what you have done. As far as gains, I think the norm is about 10 WHP. More than likely you could get more if you have the means to tune them. Good luck

James

Hey B16CRX. Your in HB right? Which part, because i live there to. BTW your email address is almost the same as mine. Crazy ****. I'm a little younger however, but man that is wierd. Plus your first name might be the same as mine to.

Anyways, to answer the question ITR cams are the best bang for the buck. I made 201whp on my GSR motor a while back with those cams.
