v-afc works in non VTEC car?

v-afc works in non VTEC car?
k, my buddy has an extra V-Afc, and wants to give it to me...but due to my non-VTEC situation, i dunno if i have any use to it...unless it can be installed without the VTEC controlls...all that i'd need it for is for fuel control...so help me out will ya? jks please?
