vtec not working even with v-afc

i cant get my vtec to kick on. i have a v-afc and even if I try to get it to kick on sooner it doesnt work.

any ideas on where to start?

my vtec wouldnt kick in.....i needed oil

thats what everyone tells me.
i struggled enough when my vtec wasnt working so i figured i would share the knowledge.

if your vtec dont work, that vafc is USELESS
