Default gsr shortblock and boost??

my friends gsr shortblock with eagle rods and 9:2 je pistons....the block isn't sleeved but i'm wondering what kinda boost i can push through this on hondata.....and what power this might put down with whatever boost it will handle. the head will be a stock gsr with a victor manifold, and it will have 860rc injectors.....with a t3/t04e turbo.....

It all depends on the tuning. Jinxproof's old race car ran 20+ at the track afaik for years on a stock block with just rods and pistons, and was in the 10s very consistently. Can't argue with that.

What I recommend is:
12psi regularly
15psi high pump gas boost - occasionally
20-22psi high octane race fuel

Assuming tuning is correct for each situation of course.
