Default 8-12 Psi in stock b18a, is .8 degrees retard per psi too conservative?

Just wondering those of you guys who are running stock b18a's, what kind of timing retard are you running? Right now I'm shooting for ~12:1 a/f under boost (tuning using a wideband), but I'm not sure what to do with the timing. I'm using .8 degrees per psi right now, in general what're you guy's timing settings? I'm using 450cc injectors with zdyne for control. If you guys could share the figures you're using that'd really help me finish up my tuning.

Thanks for any help guys,

Ryan P.
