Default Search not helping... First gen CRX - D series vtec swap?

OK. So I know this question HAS to get asked all the damn time, but I can't find anything on it. The search isn't helping me much.

Lets say I have an 86 or 87 CRX (1st gen), and I want to install a SOHC D series vtec motor. I'm not worried about smog or emissions, or any type of BS like that.

What normally would be an easy swap just turned harder because I'm going from carb'd to fuel injected.

I'm assuming I'm looking at the whole motor, wiring harness and all, and then I'd need an ECU. How difficult is it going to be making this work in the existing car?

Also, I'm just guessing that the motor will bolt to the existing tranny and motor mounts?

Am I looking at fuel line problems? Electrical problems? Speed and tach problems?

Maybe someone can point me to a place where I can find some answers or someone who has done this swap....

Sorry for the basic questions, but I'm not finding any answers that click.

Thanks,
Todd

its gonna be hella hard to do that swap man.
your gonna need to replace the fuel pump add a ton of wiring for fuel injection
then your gonna have to have custom mounts made for the engine
you'll need a '88 up tranny to mate to the motor and you will need custom axels
