I dont know if there is an actual ECU fuse, but you can reset your ECU by pulling the clock fuse.

i know there is one on 4th gens, its in the eng. compartment fuse box

Yeah its the 10a clock fuse, it controls the clock, stereo, ECM (ECU), transmission control module and some other stuff. I guess you can call the ECU fuse.
