Default 00 B16A2 in a 95 EX coupe final checklist before swap....

I am helping a friend do a 00 B16A2 USDM swap in his 95 EX coupe, I want to make sure that we have/know all of the parts we need before we get started. Please double check my list and make sure that I am correct in the parts we need. The EX is a 5 speed from the start (thank God!) Here we go...

1.) Front tranny mount, front AC mount, driver side mount, driver side bracket, and passenger side (tranny) mount from 94+ integra GSR.

2.) Rear mount from 99-00 Civic Si? ( I am unsure of this.)

3.) 99-00 Civic Si axles.

4.) P28 chipped with DOHC maps and curves, no KS (or P30.)

5.) OBD1 DOHC Vtec Distributor from 93-95 DelSol DOHC Vtec (or GSR?)

6.) 99-00 Civic Si shift linkage

7.) New Hoses for 99-00 Civic Si or 93-97 DelSol DOHC Vtec.

That is all I can think of for now besides a bunch of !
Let me know if I am forgetting something, or if something I have listed will not work for me. Thanks.

P.S. I tried the search but had no luck.

you dont need the rear mount for the 99-00 si infact im almost positive its not gonna work in a 92-95 civic. you can use your stock civic rear mount, and the rear bracket you will need to bolt to the rear mount is the one from the delsol or the gsr

So, stock rear mount, but delsol or integra rear bracket. That sounds easy enough. Are there any other sensors that I need to worry about that might be different? Oh yea, Injectors, I have a set of 92 prelude injectors, will they work OK? I am pretty sure they will and the 99-00 are a different plug right? Thanks.
