Portland Oregon guys with swaps?
I have a couple of friends with swaps that said they have no problem passing. I just keep my car registered in GA where I lived before this. Any chance of you keeping your car registered there in FL?
Just find someone who will let you use their address, that lives out side of Portland. Almost all the surrounding town don't have DEQ.
I live 20 miles north of Portland and I don't have to run my car through DEQ. Thank god mine would never pass. Counting the swap and cut-offs and no cat. They would just kick me out..lol
Good Luck

This is about the only way to do it. Just use someones address that lives in an area where you don't have to pass DEQ.
There may be other ways but the easiest IMO.
