Default Sprung an Oil leak at first start up

Looks like the Leak is coming from either the turbo or the return line going to the oil pan. Didnt have enough time to check it ot fully as the shop was closing. Is it better to NOT USE a gasket on the Return line Flange to the turbo. i heard yes and i head no. When u cranked her up the 1st time. It was so loud like somthing knocking. didnt sound good at all. Whats the best the to do. Im using a Big red hose as my Return line untill i get SS bradied line later on. How can u make sure the Leak will stay sealed with the HOSES. Its not leaking a all from the oil pan so thats a good thing. Just the Top part of the hose i think.
