Just thought i would ask how many of would go to the track to see what you run untuned? Is it worth it or not?

 

Is it worth ruining your motor over? Depends on the setup...Radical Setups need tuning...Weaksauce, Stockish setups...can be run before hand.

Well my motor is sleeved 84.5mm with 84mm Wiseco pistons, Eagle rods etc....Currently im running it off of the wastegate so about 10-11 psi...I figured cause she's running sooo nicely and smooth for not being tuned that it wouldn't be so bad? Im at about 1500km into my "break-in" so i figured that it may be alright although i've only taken it to a max of 6500-6700 rpm during this whole time.

I guess it's better to be safe than sorry!

 

i cant complain 12.6@107 untuned after my first build of a motor.

Hehe, I was saying it a few years ago...decided to bring it back. Me and my friends were saying "Punk'd" like last year, and suddenly its a goddam TV Show. It's funny, cus we were saying Punked in like 3rd grade but it was used differently...Like "Oh, you punked out when billy knocked you down and you didnt do ****".
