btm or itc?
The BTM will retard timing based on the amount of boost present.
The ITC lets you retard in blocks of 1000 rpm. It is not boost aware.
For what you want to do, the BTM is cheaper and will do a better job, IMO.

so on my vafc hack i'm better off with a btm? i've read that the vafc hack advances timing so will the btm be able to cut it? do i have to retard more the .5psi per pound of boost to compensate for the advance in timing brought about by the vafc hack?
how much should i retard per pound of boost when using the hack? i'm currently boosting 7psi on my setup. i'm using stock timing on my ditributor.
