tips on removing rusty 02 sensor?
hummm I'm sure many people have done it already. But how did you do it? I don't want to damage the thread at all. My car has 168k with the stock o2 sensor that has never been replaced. What should i do:
-DW 40
-impact
-take the complete manifold to honda and let them charge me $10 to unbolt it
so it they **** up i can still blame them?

do you have the right tool to take it off in the first place? if not u need a socket that has an opening in it so the wires dont tighten the bolt.

Don't use wd40 or any other penatrating oil on it unless your not going to reuse it.
