***, dide i have no idea. its basically whatever u want. there seems to b endless posibilities. if u want some quikness but no outrageous prices, go with a gsr motor. i think it is a b18c1.

If you want cheap, get an LS swap. You won't set any records, but it will be a big improvement on what you have. If you want to spend more money, get a GSR swap.

There is a big difference between your motor and the D16Z6 out of the 92-95 Ex/Si's. If you are not ready to take on a swap, just swapping the trannies will make a big difference. You can pick up a decent tranny for less than 300.

Good point there top_sh0tta, and either a ZC VTEC or a D16Z6 will swap into your hatch like a breeze. I did one myself and I'm very happy with the motor. If you're in a coupe, i'd recommend getting a B16 or better because of the extra heft to pull around, but for a hatch, getting rid of a D15 for an SOHC VTEC is a good upgrade.
