racing hart 15x7.5 +40 cp035..... rubbing issues and spoon caliper clearance issues?
Like the title says..... 15x7.5 +40 cp035's
I have spoon calipers and intend to run 205/ 50 azenis with these rims. Possibly 225 hoosiers (which i think will rub like a ****) for autox.....
Anyway, I want to make sure the rims will clear without spacers.....
AND I want to make sure that they won't rub too bad on a lowered itr.....
For reference: I am currently running 15x7 (+43) te37's - which need a 2-3mm spacer to clear the calipers... No rubbing issues.

if i ever get the damn things.... 4 months and counting. i think todd might have gotten his though. i am waiting for the wheels, so i can finish me custom fenders.
edit: no rubbing on the insides, but major clearance is need outside. no biggie.

yep, those are the same wheels that ken has.
wow that is wierd.. how a set of rims can fit on one car, but won't fit on another one. i guess the best thing to do is to actually try it out and not (fully) depend on someone else's setup.

.....the only thing I can think is that the spoon calipers you tested it on weren't installed with the spacers they come with.
Thus, they aren't centered and are actually backspaced a bit.....
