the b20 has alot more torque.....i have a stock b20z that is running a t3/t04e turbo, i'm running 10lbs in it and going to the track tomorrow, it's been running 6psi for a month now and no problems, seems to be holding out on 10 right now just fine........i'll post some times if i can get my slicks to fit.....gsr brakes....

its not my post, but i was thinking of doing b20b4 block with a b16a head with a t3/t4 turbo....
i seen a b20 with a b16 head and lots of itr **** dyno at like... 180hp and 127ft.lbs i think...

do you think a b20b4 with a b16a, resleeved, with a 10 psi is gonna get me low 13's on streets? thanks guys... new suspension too
its going into a 94 integra gsr, 2 dr

yeah, u'll hit probably 12's...but why spend the money to get it resleeved, if u are only going to run 10lbs of boost, if u are resleeved and have the right fuel management, u might as well go all out and try for low to mid 11's running higher boost

the motor is just a straight b20, no vtec nothing, i did get the slicks to fit and i went 12.93 @ 104.........however i was playing with a 911 porsche on the way to the races and developed some kind of a knocking noise?? had no idea what it was until after the races i did a compression check, i had 40psi in hole number 3 and still hit 12.93......i was shocked, the motor lasted me another like week and i think i finally broke a piston/wrist pin or something........haven't gotten it apart yet to figure it out, but i was way stoked to run that quick on like 3 1/2 cylinders.....now i'm prolly gonna get rs machine sleeves and rods and pistons for it, and put a gsr head on it with hondata......and try to hit 11's, the motor was currently run on just fmu and stock ls computer......

if you're going to resleeve then just pick up a B18B block cause in the end you can still overbore and get the displacement of the B20. the B18B is normally much cheaper as well.

or better yet like chidoks stated why even resleeve if you're going to run 10#.
with just rods, pistons and ARP hardware you can run more than 10# and have it last, as long as the right fuel/ignition components are there and it's tuned correctly.
