Ok, so I noticed the light on my stock wing/hatch is out. I got to Advance, tried to get to the bulb and realized it wasn't gonna happen. Anyone have any tips on how to get it out? I got the black plastic cover off but no dice on removing the bulb.

Maybe I'm an idiot, or maybe this is a common problem new EG owners have. Anyway help is appreciated!

YOU DONT EVEN NEED TO TAKE THE WING OFF THE HATCH. all you have to do is take the little platic cover right below the red lense off. you will need a flathead skrewdriver to do the job. hope that helps

 

You have to take out 2 things. The black plastic cover on the bottom of the light, and then the light housing itself, which pulls straight out of the wing. Both pieces were a bitch when I did it, but maybe I'm a retard.

 

i got the black cover off it, i've unscrewed the two screws holding the light in, i've tugged at the light... but it didn't budge. i guess i'm just gonna have to use more force tomorrow. thanks guys!

 

yea just tug at it after you get the screws off.. itll come off... i got a damn $10 fix it ticket cuz i didnt notice it was out... damn cops

 

oh y u need that light ..cause i have a duck wing and i dont get anything from cops!
