Default Answer my question?

I bought a type r spoiler for my integra yesterday. Doesnt have a brake light and my integra has the stock spoiler and i wana know if i can not have a third brake light? Or no wing at all. Cuz i had to get my car out of shift interlock.

You can use that ITR wing but it NEVER came with a 3rd light nor should it that's why they had the ones in the back of the hatch trim. You don't need a 3rd light you can run no wing at all just plug the holes from the bolts that held it down.

Legally, you need a 3rd brake light. Functionally...probably not.

cant pass safety inspection here in misery w/o it.
i just wire in a cheapo parts store light and tape it to the hatch glass.
looks like ***** but it's only on there for an hour every 2 years.
never got pulled over for not having it hooked up.
front plate on the dash...not so much.
