Default Temp Guage

My temp guage fluctuates very minimally when I drive. It moves about a notch. I don't think my temp guage used to do that. It never exceeds the middle reading. Could it possibly be that I need a new thermostat?

Have you checked your coolant/water level??? If not then I would do that first... Sometimes being a bit low will cause it to fluctuate more than normal... If that's not the case then yes, your thermostat may be sticking... Good Luck

Last time i checked, my coolant level seemed fine. I'll check again and add more coolant if needed. Any other ideas?
