I am about to start building my ls/vtec and then going turbo in the near future. I was wondering weather i should use a block gaurd or not. I have heard a good bit about how they dont let coolant flow as well as it should.

from what i have seen, as long as they are installed properly..they work great. Talk to turbopanda. He has had great success with them.

They work great w/ the B20s since the B20s have weakers sleeves.
