p-30
is this a 5spd p-30, i need it for my friends car. I just want to know if anyone knows???

Well, if you're talking about the 74HC373N chips that allow you to run external programs... No... Those have nothing to do with being Automatic... Some ECUs do come with them already (P0A - OBD1 Accord EX VTEC ECU comes to mind), but that's because they are already running off of an external chip whereas most ECUs run off of a program stored in the processor and can be chipped to run off of an external program later... I think you must have been misinformed somewhere as those chips have nothing to do with whether or not an ECU is automatic or manual... it looks like an AUTO.
basically last three number determine wheter its 5spd or auto.
auto variations:
37820-P30-900/901/902/903/J50/j51/J52/N50/N51/N52/
-any time you see second number as 5 or first number as 9 its an auto
