Is it safe to use a pressure washer on my short block?
Can I clean my fully disassembled short block w/ a pressure washer? Not the bores just the outside and maybe the water jacket. Probably a stupid question just wonderin what u guys thought...

Of course you can, clean it all, clean it very well, spray water wherever you want to clean it.
Just make sure to spray it off with air unless you like surface rust.

yeah it is safe to get the whole thing wet. just dry it good and then spray wd40 on the inside so it doesnt rust

Yea, I knew it could get wet I just thought that some of those might be too powerful or something i dunno lol. Thanks guys

damn i wouldnt be boosting a honda if a pressure washer could hurt a a short block

My dad picked it up im not sure where he got it but it must be good cause its got a honda motor 
hmm i wonder if i can turbo it lol. You can prob get them at any home depot etc. This was a pretty stupid question now that i think about it...oh well ill just blame it on the

You can also goto the local DIY car wash. Not quite high pressure as one you would buy, but if you dont own one its cheaper!
Just be sure to go at like 3 in the AM when no one is around cause that **** isnt exactly legal
