Which one has the better quality such as construction, finish, durability, and fits well??? any pix would help a lot too, thank and if anyone is selling a CF hood, im am looking to buy if the price is rite

 

I've heard nothing but good comments on the Fiber images hoods don't know about the other. as far as fit and look i heard the fiber images is top of the line.

 

About much does a Fiber Images C/F hood cost? That is probably the next thing I will buy for my car. Need to do something different to the outside to set mine from the rest in towm. No one else has one. Who could you buy one from on here? Does Typermsm sell them or can you get them directly from Fiber Images?

 

BodyKits NW makes great CF Hoods...I know the owner Andy and he's a real nice guy. My sister has one on her car and it fits perfect. The quality is outstanding.

 

anyone know who makes "jdmhondaparts" carbon-fiber hoods for them?
they are pretty nice quality...imo.

JDM H parts sells sunny and FI hoods. As far as FI's fitments, I've heard both sides of the story. Personally I won't deal with FI, but that's another issue.

BKNW isn't bad either from what I hear. He's doing a GB on his hoods right now.

 

well i have a FI on a EJ civic if u want to see pics check out the sig.

i saw another guy that has the bodykitsNW one and i have to say i was not overly impressed with it either. some bad weaves, and did not fit perfect either. keep in mind all these hoods are hand made so its hard to make it fit EXACTLY on every car

if u see my pics mine does not fit perfectly either but i am getting another hood from FI so hopefully this new one will be better and also i'd recommend hood pins for the ease of mind, even though i dont like them. only had my hood on about 2 weeks and its already built in a nice lil denture in the middle from all the highway driving i do

edit: btw i remember hearing to not get hood pins from sparco cuz they rust?? who here said to get it from summit racing??

Actually pretty much all the hoods we have sold from us have fitted perfectly. Most of them are test fitted before they leave. Some people get our hoods mixed up with some of the hoods we distribute. Because you have to remember we also sell Tc Spoilers, and sometimes even Fiber Image hoods.
