Civic Rubbin' Rear! Help!
Alright... I have a 93 Honda Civic Coupe. I lowered it with Arospeed Springs and Tokico Illumina Struts. I plan on going Ground Controls but thats besides the point. Here is the problem. I had 17 inch rims with 205-40-17's on it and I sold them. Now I have 18inch Velox VXK's with 215-35-18's and the rear is rubbing really bad when I take corners at normal speeds or hit bumps. The tire is rubbing on the lip on the inside of the fender quite badly. I was thinkin about cutting that lip out and go from there. I need some advice as to what to do to make the rubbing stop. All comments appreciated. Thanks.
theres your problem right there, 18 inch rims. you probably have the wrong offset, 18s are too big for a civic. get the correct offset rim, or roll your fenders.
