Default vafc and 310's

I have a vafc in my 91 hatch car is still obd0 and i have 310's but everytime i lower at 1000 rpm the fuel enough shouldnt the car like almost die. It doesnt seem to be adjusting fuel. Does anyone know what could be wrong the rpm works and vtec works. Also the throttle postion reads backwards it reads 100% at ideal and when i stomp on it goes to 0.

Please help

i can raise it up to 50+ or - and it doesnt change ideal at all. thats why i think its not altering fuel. Does anyone have a diagram i can follow for obd0 car.

did you wire this in yourself or what??

the manual is your friend.

the last part about the throttle is because you didnt follow the directions in the manual. you did the opposite of what you should have.

you're initial settings are fucked.

you want it to be 4cylinder with increasing throttle, so make the little arrow piont /^ that way. arrow going toward the top right.

if all of your wiring is correct, then yes.
