Default not getting boost anymore, my turbo done?

i have only taken my car out for 4 test rides since i installed my custom turbo kit on my ZC, its a 14b turbo, well it keeps leaking oil it looks like from the part that it is clamped to where you could spin it at if you loosened it, well the first 2 times i went out and hit 6 PSI, then all of a sudden i can get boost anymore, the boost gauge reads 20 vacuum when idling, then when i drive it goes to 0 and wont boost, the turbo doesnt sound like its spooling anymore either, but every once and a while it does, does this seem like my turbo itself is shot, or maybe a charge pipe/intercooler leak?

Take off the turbo piping and spin the turbo with your finger. It should spin very easy if not could need a rebuild. If it spins freely check all your pipe connections. If thoes are all good then check fuel and spark. If your plugs are gaped to big the turbo might be blowing the spark out. (but then it should boost but run shitty)

Dude...just check your damn car!! make ABSOLUTELY damn sure its not your pipes!! At worst, you pay the $200 for the rebuild or buy a used turbo on e-bay...problem solved! Used turbos are pretty cheap here so tell me what you have and I will look for it...

haha ya you guys are right, i just went out and forgot about my troubles, and now i will try to fix it again, i just got really frustrated cause i have had to take the whole front of my car apart 6 times in the last 2 days, im just so sick of looking at it, i will go now and check if the turbo is spinning freely, and i am gonna put on all the pipes again, what is a place i can go to get my IC PSI tested?

You dont understand, i am in debt about 600 and i havent had my car for almost a month while i am working on it in my spare time, and now i had it for 2 days with boost with an oil leak around the compressor, and i cant get it to stop, and i really cant afford to buy a turbo that i am sure is good, i would only want to spend like 100, but i dont wanna get ripped off again, so if anyone has a 14b cheap, lemme know
