how do you tell if its an SI
another ez way to tell..look at the vin number on the driver's side front windshield... 4th gens VTEC=BB1 Si=BB2 S=BA8 5th gen is BB6 and 3rd gens are something like BA6...another way to tell if its a S or a Si/Vtec.....S do'nt have rims they have steels with wheel cover and Si and Vtec both have rims...and by look in at the engine.......if u pop the hood and see a small valve cover that says SOHC or anything like that on it......its F22a1 S engine...if u pop the hood and the Honda "H" is right below the spark plugs and wires on the vavle cover in the middle...vtec is ez...if u see VTEC on the valve cover theres that answer or just look for the block code to the left of hte block ..S=F22a1 Si=h23a1 Vtec=H22a1 and u might get lucky H22a=jdm vtec ......hehe i got more too another way u can tell is by the color..some colors only came with some models..like White ...there wasn't any stock white vtec 4th gens..and i think that brittney blue or whatever didn't come in vtec..o yea and AT power ..no vtec AT here in the states
