Default Just dropped motor in, trying to get it running right.

I dropped in my B20vtec (OBDII, EK Hatch) last week and so far put 600 miles on it. It's not running perfectly yet. Here are a few of the symptoms:

1. The idle varies from 600rpm to 1,700rpm from time to time. Sometimes it gets so low that the engine dies.

2. Sometimes when accelerating, my reving becomes "restrictive" around 2.5-3K rpm. I give it gas, but it barely goes anywhere. And sometimes it jerks.

3. I have a sprung 6 puck clutch. It's hard to engage in first gear unless I give it around 2.5-3K rpm at a normal driving take off. Any less than that range of rpm during clutch engagement and the whole car will jerk.

*Possible causes:

-FPR, too low of pressure?
-Bad distributor
-2 (two) O2 senors hanging out of it's socket
-Using a First Gen B16 TB, bad TPS?
-Timing

These are just a few things that I suspect. It's not throwing any codes. If any of you guy have experienced any of these, please help me out. TIA.

It's not throwing any codes, I'm using an ITR ecu.
