Default b16 stumbles at low rpms (less than 2k rpm)

Lately when I casually pull away from a stop my car stumbles just as I am letting the clutch out at low rpms (2k rpms or less). It feels as if the motor isn't getting enough fuel. If I rev is slightly (3k or so) as I let the clutch out it is fine, but if I just let the clutch out with barely any gas it stumbles. It does the same at low rpms in 2nd gear....

Maybe I am driving it wrong, or maybe it is dirty fuel injectors? Any ideas? The car is a mostly stock b16 with 128k miles.

check ignition timing maybe? when i was tuning my up a little i noticed that when i had my dizzy turned a little too retarted that it would stumble and lag hard at low rpms, then kick it like a bat out of hell at a higher rpm
