Default turbo timer and factory alarm questions

i just installed my turbo timer to my ignition. is there anyway i can wire my factory alarm or my door locks so that it doesnt unlock when my car turns off? my doors automatically unlock when i turn off the ignition manually, so when i let it run with the timer and it turns off, it unlocks my car...anyone have any experience in this?thanks

Default Re: turbo timer and factory alarm questions (Racerage1)

Did you figure this out? I was wondering about this, for when I get a turbo timer. However, my doors don't unlock at ignition off, maybe mine isn't strictly a factory alarm?

The manual says:
model: pro-9344
pursuit series
and it has some contact info for audiovox.

Hrm in the back, there is section with options that MAY be checked...
Lock/unlock with ignition are options.

This leads me to believe that these features can be enabled/disabled. I would GUESS by dip-switeches on the control unit? Maybe ask a dealership...

OH, also do a search for "turbo timer alarm" here, but make sure you do it in archives, many threads on this topic.
