what kind of clifford alarm do you have? i got the arrow 3 and the shop who sold it to me said that it can be configured to have a turbo timer and after the turbo timer countdown it will arm itself. but unfortunately, i already got a blitz turbo timer before i know the feature so my clifford doesn't not autoarm.

My friend is a car audio installer. He installed my Clifford Arrow 3 and turbo timer togeather.

I can arm the car while it is turbo timing. He used a series of relays to accomplish this. But dont ask me for specfics. Hope this helps

all you have to do is change the alarm ignition wire to accesory.that is providing that your timer is hooked up correctly to the ignition.however,if your alarm has a shock sensor, you may have to use a relay to disable it while it is running on the timer.

I wrote this about two years ago on SHO and this guy has it on his site. it includes a list of the tools, parts and wiring that is required to get it working that noticed how detailed it is

"points 30 and 87a are normally closed on the relay. therefore, i cut the ignition wire for my alarm (red wire on an alpine alarm) and spliced points 30 and 87a in between." in other words, cut the ignition wire to the alarm, and connect point 30 to one side and 87a to the other side. don't connect the ignition wire back together with points 30 and 87a connected. i made this mistake at first and the relay didn't function correctly.

87 is open and not connected to anything at all.
Im confused...

It says to splice the ignition wire on the alarm to points 30 and 87. then it says to leave 87 open?

The alarm that I sell has a built-in auto starter and turbo timer...the auto starter also works with standard cars. It's the new Compustar alarm... http://www.profxtech.com/illuzion/store/store.htm

forgive me because it has been a long time since i hooked up the relay to the turbo timer, but, from my recollection you have to connect 87 A and leave 87 open.
