TPS @ WOT = 4.1v
Is this a problem? at idle I get a reading of .495 and at WOT I get 4.1. Its only .05 off at idle but its .4 off at WOT. Does that mean the ECU isnt seeing full throttle... would it make any difference in acceleration? Its been bothering me, would the only way to fix it be getting a new TPS?
Yea that might cause a little problem with your air/fuel. All you need to do it adjust your TPS. You dont need a new one. Get a dremel tool, cut into the headless screws so that a flat head will fit and turn the screws to loosen them. Get both of them loose and hook up your voltmeter to the TPS and adjust the TPS clock/counter clockwise til you get the normal reading of .5 Idle and 4.5 WOT. Tighten screws you are done. Might wanna reset ECU too.

I've done that many times. My problem is that its at .495 at idle and 4.1 at WOT. If I were to get it at exactly .5 at idle wouldnt it only raise it to 4.15 at WOT? Thats still quite a bit off from 4.5.
