Default Hondata & CPR injectors prob.

Well just having a few small problems still getting the injectors to not leak. My instructions say to use a factory honda oring at the top where the injector slides into the rail. Do you guys use vaseline or something similar to let the oring slide easier cause i think im ripping the orings when i put them in the rail.

Before i noticed the injector was leaking the car was running fine at idle but when i went to give any throttle it would fall on its face. At that time only 1 of the injectors was leaking. WOuld this be causing it to not run right

by the way its a hondata s200b with 550cc saturated cpr injectors.

get new o-rings and use some sort of engine lubricant to get them in easier....

the leak would make your car run that way.....good luck

yeah, viren sells the cpr injectors that are already machined to fit honda rails...well rubber and vasiline might not mix to well cause its petroleum based...K-Y jelly will work water based but not oo sure...just dont put alot of whatever u use....its saturday now and i hope my 440cc from viren gets here on monday....
