Default IRIWAY NGK plugs

I have noticed that the hot plugs these days seem to be these NGK IRIWAYs.

These don't seem to be commonly available in North America but I know a few around here have used them.

Questions:
- Where can they be purchased?
- How much do they typically cost?
- Being a race plug do they have a short operating life?
- What heat range is best for daily driving with occasional track us? What is the stock heat range?
- For those who HAVE USED them, Is it worth the effort to get these?

Thanks for the help!

Regards,

Try NGK BKR7E-N-11

They run good but burn out quick.
They are nice for high compression engine.

I have 4 sets in stock.

You're not going to achieve any kind of noticeable power gains - not that I expected it.

What I did notice is that, used in conjunction with NGK Power Cable wires, the throttle response was definitely improved, and my gas mileage improved by approx. 25-30 miles per tankful.

Being in Toronto, I would think Yoshio could get you these plugs. I think they are 1 range colder than stock plugs. Cost was approx. $15 each in Japan, maybe a tad less.
