sie komen nicht mit der kompressor weil est macht kein spas fur die designers, yo. Sure mitsubishi can throw a turbo on a 2 liter and get 205 hp, but honda can put out more with a 1.8 l
because N/A OWNZ JOO!!!!
I actually read somewhere (probably on here) that the engineers/designers at Honda frown upon Forced Induction motors, stating that it is a band-aid for a poorly designed motor. They believe in the fundamental purity of a highly tuned normally aspirated Motor, kinda like a certian Italian Automaker

Kompressor translates to "Compressor". Both superchargers and turbochargers are compressors.

wow, some hondas come with turbo ?? i didn't know that man ..
basically, if a R comes with 200 hp and N/A looks a lot better than 220 or 230 hp "kompressor"

Because it is more "cost effective" to simply force air into the engine than to find a way for it to flow in effeciently.

Only if you use the only car company selling a "kompressor" model in the US as an example. He asked why they didn't come with compressors, not why they didn't come with what MBUSA calls a "kompressor".

which it is. A compressor compresses. That's why it's called a compressor. That doesn't mean other things that compress are called some weird unusual thing that doesn't not mean compressor.
