Turbonetics recommends a T3/T4e 46 Stage II with .63 housing. Good for >300 whp. Good for a daily driver? At what RPMs will boost occur? Can I still rev to 8500? Will this turbine keep up?
Thanks!
Thanks!
yea I was actually wondering the same thing too. I'm looking to make a decent amount of power right off the bat (300-400whp).. but am looking to make some serious power in the near future (400-600whp). What turbo would ppl reccomend I use for the first leg of my boosting phase..? How about the second..?
Thanks,

used a t3t40E .48trim .57 ar on a b16a and made 240whp at 6psi.
that was a garrett turbo though..
Yes you will still be able to rev to 8,500.
I would go with a little larger turbo like a .57 trim .63 ar but thats just my oppinion

How to appropriately size a turbo to your engine:

edit: yes, i know, there's *shudder* MATH involved.....but then, i realized that if you're asking this question, that means you want to do it right the first time. So math shouldn't bother you.
also, i'm a huge fan of the "give a man a fish/teach a man to fish" parable.
