Default Cam seals

Are cam seals hard to change? Mine seem to be leaking oil.

do it your self the plug is 10-15 bucks if not less while your doing it get a valve cover gasket 10 bucks and honda bond HT 5-7bucks
take valve cover off on the dist side you will see the journal that holds the cam plug take the 4 bolts off and wiggle around to get it off take out the cam plug and clean journal
next take the honda bond and put it all the way around the plug(not alot) and put it in put the cap back on the journal and tighten the bolts down then put the valve cover gasket on then your done
have fun and then take a break then have a
hope that helps

Mine isn't leaking that badly. However, should also replace the bolt orings for the valve cover? And what about the plugs do they have gaskets or rings too?
