Endyn pistons + 13k mi =
I'm using Endyn slugs (9.5:1) and I had my piston to wall clearance checked and double checked from a different source. Eh, call me overly cautious. Anywho, my compression is a consistant 185 across the board. Is this type of wear normal?

Yes, its fairly normal. When you had the engine built did they utilize the cross hatch pattern on the cylinders? It looks like it still retains them. Anyway, the wear pattern looks to be even from the pictures.
What if wear is uneven, and the scratches cannot be snagged with the fingernail but you can def feel them with your finger? And what if compression was fairly uneffected?
still cause for worries?

NO, that is not normal at all. It looks like the pistons heated up and expanded too close to the cylinder walls, scratching them.
Just ball hone it, smooth out the pistons and put the pistons back in, youll be fine.

doesnt look normal. if it was on the exhaust side, and you were making big power maybe. but the intake side doesn't usually exhibit that kind of wear.
I have no experience with forgings, but any time I've popped off a head and seen vertical scratches like that, something needed to be shitcanned.
I ran with a busted ring land and huge plumes of smoke under boost for 10K miles due to a broken 30 degree section of ring land on the #1 cylinder. It didn't scratch up the cylinder wall that badly, probably due to how the ring land broke. PM illdesignzls if you don't believe me; I gave the block to him.

Hmmm. Various opinions here. Well, the wear patterning is even and a crosshatch pattern was used when the bore was honed. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but the crosshatch is still visible even "under" the scratches.
The rings were supplied by Endyne as well.
BTW, the engine doesn't smoke.
