Thank you, but that little tab is missing from my window so I did what the theives did to me last time which is crack the plastic sash off the door and pry the window out, reach in and unlock.

Why didn't you tell him in a IM??? Of course thieves already know how to do it, but now the new ones know as well. There is already enough cars being stolen, we don't need to let stupid punks know how to do it.

With CRX's it doesn't matter what kind of shape it's in. They are a hot item with theives. They tried jacking mine when it was stock **** blue, with 2 green doors and a boatload of rust. And I agree, the more we as owners can learn about our cars the better.

I agree that the more we know about our car the better...but that doesn't include telling people how to get into our cars. My brothers car was broken into twice, right in our driveway and guess what, they did the same thing you posted, and guess what else, some of the people we think did it learned how to do it from message boards like this one. I am not against learning as much as possible about cars, but try to keep things like this a little more discreet. I'm not bashing I just feel really strongly about this subject because I have had a few attempts and I hate reading the "My car was stolen....." posts.

Well...i think it is not a terrible idea. My cars have been broken into 4 times. If i knew how they did it everytime i would find ways to prevent it.

I think you should take the instructions down, pretty stupid that your would post something like that, specially when honda's seem to be the key vehicle to break into now. And you say people should learn to protect themselfs, well if they want to learn then they could look around or IM you.
