Thinking of Exedy Race clutch??? Anybody running one?
Im getting closer and closer to putting my new block in and I was looking for a decent clutch that isnt expensive.. My friend has a exedy in his crx with a d16z6 swap and his is pretty good.. I wanted to get the race version.. I saw some on ebay like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...61440 and was wondering if that is a good setup.. I just have an ls/vtec with itr pistons and i/h/e and a 99 si tranny. Any feedback would be appreciated.
I running one. Only difference mine was made for SRR, but its identical... about 5k km on it and few hard launches, no problems to date yet.

I have a single plate organic disc exedy and I like it. Almost stock feel but grabs pretty good.
I have the organic race, with the exedy 8.5 lb flywheel, major difference, great feel, had it for about 8 months now still grabs like new.
Thanks guys.. I think im going to purchase one of them off ebay.. The price seems pretty good (240) for the whole kit.. Ill let everyone know how it holds up once I throw my new block in.
yea that clutch from clutchcityonline.com is very reputable.

I have the same Exedy clutch, very good, feel is stiffer than stock, but grabs good. This isn't actually the race version, the race version is a tri puck one, grabs like hell, but a pain to use on day to day travel.
