CEL code 43

CEL code 43, can ya help a clueless guy out....
I did a search, but it doesnt give me required help...
I am throwing 43 (fuel system supply)
I have an obd1 accord w/ an obd1 H22a1
Walbro 225 fuel pump (overkill i know)
AEM fuel rail
AEM fpr
stock injectors
GSR ecu (p72) w/ a VAFC piggyback
Now on the dyno, my air/fuel ratio is GREAT across rpm range, and with the mods I have, it makes it hard to tell what this cel is.... I have been scratching my head at this for over a week now, anyone have any advice/help to offer me?
