Default Throwing codes and need help!

Alright this is what I have going on. My car just recently threw a code 45 (too rich) and 67 which is not on the list of code we have, so I took it to Auto Zone and got them to read it for me. The codes that they gave me were....

PO171- Fuel system too rich
PO170- Fuel trim malfunction (bank 1).. (not on the list as well)
PO420- Catalyst system efficieny below threshold (bank 1)

I have messed with my VAFC and taken some fuel and it hasn't thrown the code 45, but it's still throwing the 67. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? If anyone knows anything please hit me back. No one around here knows what to do and I'm all out of ideals. Thanks!

Can I ask you something?

Why did you mess around with your V-AFC if you know nothing about it? Usually, about 100% of the time, you'll need to use a dyno to know when you add or hold back of fuel.

Because you messed around with your fuel settings, you have enabled these codes to come up.

PO171 - You probably advanced the **** out of your fuel and not getting enough air to balance the combustion.

PO170 - Read above. It does have something to do with you messing with the V-AFC settings.

PO420 - Since you advanced the living **** out of your fuel, you probably burned your catalytic system. Usually, advanced fuel burns up catalytic converters since it isn't getting burned.

This is WILD stab at it. Don't quote me. I could be completely wrong. But I do think I'm in the right direction.

Why not place back the original settings on the V-AFC and see if that helps your CELs?

I understand what your saying about the Dyno but you dont need the dyno if your messing with your narrow settings. That is mainly for the wide settings, which I did not touch. I will agree with you that I need to get back on the dyno because my wide settings might be too rich but I know for a fact that me messing with my narrow settings is not the reason for the codes. Now as for the burning of the catalytic system your probably right. It has to be the wide settings though. Just wanted to see if anyone was thinking the same thing I was. Thanks for your help man.
