fuel light doesnt go on anymore..
If the bulb is OK, then you go back to the sender in the gas tank. Unplug it, get a Helms manual to see which wires to jumper; if that turns on the light then your wiring is OK. That leaves the sender itself. Take it out of the tank & check it out with a DMM.

Thats what I did when I though mine was out..haha
It worked...b4 it used to go one when it was a 1/4 left..now it goes on only when its the very last drop!

is it easy to take out the sender? is that what makes the light goes on..i alway thought it was some kind of floating thing in there.
