Default best setup?

Hey yes i'm back with more questions, first i was asking about h22a swaps, then the girl in scc with the hatch that her bf hooked up that killer set up with the b18 or something turbocharged that ran like 12's, well thats what i want, i want to know the best engine swap with be the best for a turbo setup that i will not have to run crazy boost thats unsafe, if there is such a thing, it will be for my 95 ex coupe ,thats almost paid off, i will have a good amount of money from my enlistment to the usaf if i pass the test on tuesday, this is what i have planned i have no mods, and when i have the money i'm going to go all the way, new disk, wheels, suspension ,seats, engine everything, plus if you have est times, i would like to run 12's,

I would get either a GSR swap or an LS/VTEC, not a B20/Vtec unless you plan on resleeving a B20 block. The sleeves are weak.

Depends on your budget. Me personally would go GSR, Golden Eagle Sleeves, Pisont/Rod combo and some good TUNING. The only reason I went ls/vtec is I sorta just....fell into it. Long story.

If you are interested in some outputs of these setups, go to http://www.importreview.com and go to their turbo dyno section to see all kinds of setups and the numbers they put out.

BTW, you will get much better responses if:

you posted in the forced induction area

and you gave more details about what your goals are besides something you saw in a magazine.

Run a GSR block, just sleeve and bore to a 2.0. Better rod ratio then ls.
ls vtec is cheaper, but above is the best.
