need wiring help asap
today did a swap for a cust in a "99" civic auto that got a b16a with wire harness from a "98" civic already did swap and shift link but cannot get the car to start it turns over but the fuel pump will not turn on, wondering if it has something to do with the wire harnessfrom the 98
