car starts, but just doesnt turnover, ive performed tests on the ignitor, and coil , and also swapped distributors, everything is good in that aspect. where should i check next? relay? where is the main relay located on the 97accord lx 2.2no tec?

Turnover happens before a Car can start.

please be more clear.

i would say timing.Check yourtiming belt.

 

how do you check the timin belt? the belt is brand new by the way

 

line up the timing tdc line through the flywheel peep hole and the cam gears and make sure all the timing marks are right.
