Default Dyno number...

My brother just installed a rev hard turbo kit on his car. The car is a stock 94 gsr. Here is what he has:

rev hard turbo kit
aem fuel rail
aem fpr
hondata (s200 i think)
boost, oil pressure, egt gauges

We were having problems with the wastegate (turbo smart). It wouldn't hold more that 7psi. It would sprike to 8-9psi around 4-5k rpm. We were able to get 246hp and 193tq. The engine started to loose power after 8k. Is 246hp and 193tq on 7psi good?

I have a tial 35mm with a 5 psi spring. But I dont actually get 5 psi the wastegate opens and i get 3.5 - 3 psi that how it should work until you get a high quality boost controller.
