Default TURBO/CLUTCH installed now a very loud noise..help!

Guys...I just installed my turbo and new clutch....after the installation i did not have the BOV welded to the pipe yet so I drove my car with a filter (of course I did not get any boost since I was missing a pipe)...but anyway...on my way to pick the pipe up the car sounded normal...after the pipe was put on and engine now had boost to it I get this loud clacking, cracking noise whenever the car going on a small bump or when i shift...i have no idea if its the plate cover on the front rotors of the wheels or if it may be a heat shield under the car by the shifters or if its the actual fork that lose inside the tranny when i change the clutch...what do you guys think...please let me know what I should look into before i mess something up!!!
