trany swap ?
I own a 93 dx coup with a jdm 1.5L vtec and with a 4 speed automatic that has just taken a crap it has NO 1st ,stays in 2nd and wont shift to 3rd or 4th
I have taken it to 2 seprate transmission shops the lowest one want 1500 to rebuild it.
<U></U> Should I <U></U>
1.pay up get it rebuilt
2.do a conversion to manual
Does anyone have an I idea on how much ALL the parts for that would run?
I would like to hear what you have to say?

a conversion will be pricey....
you might find a good deal on a junkyard tranny.
i got one for around $250 for a non-honda. but i'm sure honda-trannys are not hard to find at a junkyard.
